A serial entrepreneur with a successful track record, with a visionary outlook and a strong advocacy for women empowerment and rural child education, he has more than 30 years of tech leadership experience in Hyderabad. 

Vijay holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and an MS in Computer Science from University of North Texas. Vijay, a native of Hyderabad relocated to the city 20 years back and started his entrepreneurial journey. Vijay’s extensive Technology & industry experience in the technology and sustainability domain will be instrumental in inspiring, guiding and supporting entrepreneurs at the hub. 

He is an advisor to several tech companies and on the other hand, supports rural entrepreneurship in the suburbs & hinterland of Hyderabad

As a dynamic young woman entrepreneur, Jyoshna has very extensive and well established connections with the local ecosystem in Hyderabad. 

She holds an MBA from Alliance University, Bangalore. She is a native of Hyderabad – born and brought up in the city. She is also leading the Startup Leadership Program (SLP) Hyderabad Chapter and is an advisor for a good number of social and sustainable startups. 

Her experience in community building and forming strategic partnerships will be vital to foster an inclusive, collaborative, and vibrant ecosystem at the hub. With a proven track record of success and a vast network of connections, ecosystem, and resources, Jyoshna is leading in shaping us as an inclusive and sustainable Impact Hub in Hyderabad. 

Dr. Rer. Nat. N Sallagundala

Dr. Raja is a Neuroscientist turned Innovation Manager with over two decades of experience in Germany and a brief stint in the USA. He specializes in International Management, particularly in technology adaptation and management for German and EU companies globally.

With significant contributions at the renowned Fraunhofer Institute in Germany, Dr. Raja excels in digital innovation, particularly within Industry 4.0. 

Holding a doctoral degree in Neuroscience from Humboldt University, Berlin, and an MBA from HHL School of Management in Leipzig, their expertise spans both academic and business realms.

He actively engages with governmental programs, orchestrating strategic collaborations to advance industries and nurture relationships. He also works closely with Green startups, focusing on Climate Technologies across the EU, India, Africa, and APAC regions.

Championing innovative solutions for global challenges, Dr. Raja’s focus extends to the EU, APAC, and African markets, making them a driving force in shaping the future of innovation.
